Nelly Korda out of the KPMG Women’s PGA after injury
After an opening round of 1-over 71 at the KPMG Women's PGA Championship, Nelly Korda suddenly withdrew from the tournament and the culprit behind it was a back injury. Last week, Korda finished at the 5th spot at the Shoprite LPGA Classic while losing the 2020 ANA Insipiration via playoff rounds just this past September. She's in the hunt for her 4th LPGA win after winning her last outing at the 2019 Taiwan Swinging Skirts.
