Cristie Kerr out of Volunteers of America Classic after golf cart accident

LPGA pro Cristie Kerr will be out of the Volunteers of America Classic after suffering multiple injuries caused by a golf-cart accident. Kerr, along with her caddie Matt Gelczis, were in an early cart ride at the Old American Golf Club when the accident happened, but details are yet to be determined. And since there's no timetable yet for her recovery from injuries, it's uncertain whether Kerr will play at the US Women's Open or not.
